Fruit and vegetables provide us with vitamins and minerals which help keep mood happy with colour and variety



Food high in sugar found in sweets, sweet biscuits, cakes, sweet fizzy drinks can give us a sugar rush and then drop our mood making us feel low



Having regular meals can keep your mood and energy levels stable
